  • The Out-of-Office Club is a Berlin-based community that supports people currently in a career break or unemployment phase. We radically reframe this time from something shameful or wasted into a valuable, empowering journey – through real peer-to-peer support, regular meetups, co-working sessions and partnership-hosted workshops and human-first recruiting events.

  • The Out-of-Office Club is open to anyone currently in a career break or transition – whether you got hit by a layoff wave, woke up realizing you ended up in the wrong job, finally walked away from a toxic role that was draining your soul, or just reached the point of total burnout and said "no more".

    But it's not limited to those exact stories: if you're in any kind of out-of-office phase and feel ready to turn this time into something meaningful and are looking for good company along the way, you're exactly who we built this for.
